REQUIREMENTS: Three-year bachelor’s degree in Financial/Internal Accounting Audit Audit/Cost and Management/Financial Accounting Management/Financial Information System. 4 years of senior experience Practitioner level in a Pension or Payroll administration environment. Knowledge: Strategies, Policies and Procedures of Compensation Funds. Principles of Customer Service (Principles of Batho Pele). Risk management and Corporate governance. Law for the Promotion of Access to Information. Public service Act. Legislative requirements: COIDA, PFMA. Regulation of the National Treasury.
Skills: Technical competence, Analytical. Business writing. Communication (verbal and written). Decision making. Continuous improvement. Client Focus and responsiveness. People and Performance Management. Management of interpersonal conflicts. Planification and organization. Problem resolution. Data and record management. Advanced Microsoft Excel.

DUTIES: Provide inputs in the development of pension policies. keep pensions master data. Compile reconciliation of pension changes. keep suitable management of records of pension files. Establish and maintain relationships with concerned parties.
