Minimum Requirements

To qualify for most entry-level positions, applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Some entry-level roles may accept Grade 10 depending on the vacancy.
  • South African ID or valid work permit.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and retail shifts.
  • Previous retail experience is an advantage, but is not always required.
