Egg Pickers, Cleaners, General Workers, and Drivers jobs
We are currently seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. Due to the expansion of our operations, we have multiple openings available for Egg Pickers, Cleaners, General Workers, and Drivers. These positions are ideal for individuals who are committed, physically fit, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Both experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided where necessary.
Available Positions
1. Egg Pickers
Egg Pickers will be responsible for collecting eggs from poultry houses carefully and hygienically. This role requires attention to detail to ensure eggs are handled properly to prevent damage. Candidates must be comfortable working around poultry and be able to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures. Daily duties include collecting eggs, sorting and placing them in trays, reporting any damaged or abnormal eggs, and maintaining clean collection areas.
2. Cleaners x4 2026
Cleaners play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the facility. Responsibilities include cleaning poultry houses, equipment, storage areas, and common spaces. This position requires individuals who are thorough, disciplined, and able to follow sanitation guidelines. Cleaners must ensure that health and safety standards are consistently met to support overall operations and biosecurity.
3. General Workers x24 2026
General Workers will assist in various tasks across the facility depending on daily operational needs. Duties may include loading and unloading materials, assisting with packing, basic maintenance work, waste management, and supporting other departments as required. This role is suitable for flexible individuals who can adapt to different tasks and work well as part of a team.
4. Drivers x10 2026
Drivers will be responsible for transporting eggs, supplies, and other materials safely and on time. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license relevant to the vehicle type and have a good driving record. Responsibilities include vehicle inspection, safe loading and unloading, timely deliveries, and ensuring goods are transported in good condition. Knowledge of local routes and basic vehicle maintenance will be an advantage.
General Requirements
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety and hygiene standards
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Honest, punctual, and dependable
Experience and Training
Previous experience in farming, cleaning, warehouse work, or driving will be an advantage, but is not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure all employees understand their roles and responsibilities. We value a positive attitude and a strong work ethic above formal experience.
