SALARY : R228 321 – R268 950 per annum (Level 05).
The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 or equivalent. LLB Degree, legal experience (0–2 years), and a driver’s license are added advantages. Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of Public Services Legislation, Prescripts and Regulations; research, communication (verbal and written), presentation, minute taking, report writing, problem solving, decision making, time management, planning, creative and analytical thinking, and computer literacy (MS Office).
DUTIES: Conduct legal research for the Regional Court President/Chief Magistrate as required; compile and submit statistics to the Monitoring & Evaluation unit and reconcile manual and electronic statistics; support audit readiness and data purification; facilitate case flow management; assist the Regional Court Registrar and provide members of the public with support; and deliver general administrative assistance as requested by the Court Manager and Supervisor.
