Key Responsibilities: Promote sales.
Manage stock and control expenses to meet business objectives.
The primary objective of this role is to maximize store sales/turnover and control stock losses.
Manage store administration and effectively manage staff.
Achieve and exceed the required targets set for the store.
Utilise store resources effectively to maintain store productivity.
Gain a thorough understanding of stock and management policies and procedures.
Act as custodian of all company policies and procedures to meet standards.
Take responsibility for the management and training of all staff.
Maintain the company culture by treating staff with respect and professionalism.
Ensure that all interaction with customers results in an above-average level of customer service.
Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of the store and staff accordingly to ensure they adhere to relevant laws and company standards.
What are the requirements?
A high school or 12th-grade degree is a must (mathematics is an added value). Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar environment.
