Some of the luxurious manufacturers consist of Chanel, Blvgari, La Prairie, and Shiseido to identify a few. Purpose of the Role
Drive income and furnish a suited purchaser trip in order to make sure that requirements are maintained as properly as to construct and preserve company image.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ACHIEVE COUNTER SALES TARGETS
· Achieve month-to-month and annual set budgets
· Track counter and person targets
· Sell and pressure income in order to attain targets
· Assist in putting up and using income at Counter events
· Provide comments on sales/counter-related problems or concerns
BRAND MANAGEMENT
· Increase manufacturer attention and photograph by way of making sure adherence to grooming and uniform guidelines
· Monitor competitor activity
· Know your in-store ranking
· Ensure that inventory is merchandised in accordance to merchandising guidelines
· Know your inventory versus tester ratio and document shares RDM each day to force income and hold an gorgeous patron experience
· Ensure that counter hygiene requirements are maintained according to manufacturer requirements at all times
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
· Uphold and give a boost to the Client journey standards
· Build relationships and loyalty with clients
· Drive improved client database (attraction of NEW customers)
ADMINISTRATION
· Complete each day monitoring sheets and put up them weekly to RDM
· Complete all growth reviews required and post them timeously
· Complete and replace patron playing cards for all new and present consumers and file accordingly
TEAMWORK
· Work in collaboration with different colleagues to force and execute usual budgets as properly as assisting events
· Support and help new crew participants with onboarding and orientation
· Build relationships with respective shops to obtain key outputs

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Matric certificate
Previous retail and skincare experience
A certificates in Beauty/Somatology is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R7,000.00 – R9,000.00 per month

Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably travel or planning to relocate earlier than beginning work (Required)
