ADMINISTRATION CLERK: COMMUNITY AND PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT REF NO: DSD 34/2023

SALARY: R181 599 per annum (Level 05)
CENTRE: Department of Social Development, Western Cape Government

REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification). Recommendation: Relevant experience/exposure. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: PFMA, No 1 of 1999; Treasury prescripts; Financial delegations; NPO Act; Policy on financial awards; Guidelines for the implementation of the policy on financial awards. Skills needed: Proven computer literacy in MS Office; Presentation; Decision making; Written and verbal communication; Interpersonal relations; Problem-solving; Planning and organizing.

DUTIES: Evaluate and process prescribed documents for payment; Monitor compliance and identify non-compliance with prescribed policy/legislation and funding conditions; Business plans; Render a support function to program offices.
