Purpose
Responsible for preparing and grilling menu items to Pedro’s quality and safety standards while ensuring consistency, speed, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, season, and grill chicken and other menu items according to approved recipes.
- Monitor cooking temperatures, timing, and portion control to ensure optimal results.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report faults.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO) and minimise waste.
- Clean grills, workstations, and utensils regularly.
- Assist with stock counts and ingredient preparation.
- Support kitchen operations during peak periods.
- Comply with health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or as a griller is a plus, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn matter most to us!
